The unit shall be responsible for in-house installation, repair and maintenance of computer software and hardware. The unit shall strive to contribute to the IGR of the University by providing essential services to members of the University’s community at subsidized rates. The operations of the Software and Hardware Installation, Repair, and Maintenance (SHIRM) Unit, is a crucial component of COMSIT Directorate.
